The buildings are 60% leased. The purchase was made by an affiliate of BPG on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VI, a $384 million private equity fund sponsored by BPG. "The acquisition of 910-930 Ridgebrook Road offers a value added opportunity while providing entrance into one of the most dynamic and desirable suburban Baltimore office markets," commented Roy C. Perry, Senior Vice President of BPG who was responsible for the acquisition. |
