BP International Begins Full Production of New Manufacturing Plant.

DELAND, Fla. -- BP International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BPIL), a leading manufacturer of fabric architecture shade structures and tennis and athletic field equipment, announced today that they are expecting their first complete shipment of customized fabric material from their newly constructed manufacturing plant in Mexico, in four weeks.

Just returning from BP International's newly constructed and equipped Mexican facility, Larry Ball, president and CEO of BPI said "Now that we have the necessary funding in place for full production of both our Deland Florida plant, and our Mexican facility, we will be introducing several custom designed and manufactured products. Our first shipment, scheduled for mid January 05, is material that we are currently purchasing from other manufacturers. Our new customized material will contain all the components that the industry approves of and expects, but with some important additional features that we believe will give BP International a distinct competitive advantage over our competition in all four divisions of our company."

"Over the course of the last twelve months, our material costs alone from other manufacturers is approximately $ 1.5 Million, an amount we project will increase significantly. BPI expects to reduce total material costs manufactured from their Mexican plant by approximately twenty to twenty five percent, adding significantly to the bottom line," Larry Ball said.

The company plans to provide additional guidance regarding their first quarter of fiscal year 2005 in the very near future.
