 BP AMERICA HONORS HIGHER REACH SCHOLARS
 AT ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARDS DINNER TODAY
 BP America will award college scholarships to 18 Cleveland public school graduates and present cash awards to the teachers who inspired them.
 The students and teachers will be honored at BP's Academic Excellence and Higher Reach Scholarship dinner from 6-9:30 p.m. today at Stouffer Tower City Plaza Hotel, Cleveland.
 Following is the program schedule:
