Andrew Haviland, 18, faces one count of conspiracy for allegedly furnishing some of the minors with information about his mother's Castaic residence, including the address, car descriptions, details of property inside the home and times when the woman and her live-in companion would be at church, authorities said.

On Nov. 30, the companion of Haviland's mother surprised two burglars in his bedroom and was able to hold one of them until police arrived. That break in the case led to more arrests later that day.

``I think the last one was the only one that was really planned,'' O'Neill said of the burglaries. ``One of the kids had a two-way radio A voice network that provides an always-on connection enabling the user to just "push the button and talk."
