Trailing 2-0 with 20 minutes to play, the Saugus High boys' soccer team scored four consecutive goals to earn a 4-3 victory over Calabasas in the opening round of the Burroughs High tournament Thursday.

scored the Centurions' first two goals to tie the game and spark Saugus (1-1) to the comeback.

``We needed to get a goal for our guys to start thinking and hustling,'' Saugus coach Nate Wright Nate Wright played professional American football in the NFL from 1969-1980. Professional Career

 said.

Mike Donathan and Savvas Constantinou scored Saugus final two goals.

Calabasas' goals in the first half were scored by Gil Hoftman and Alex Rosenblum.

Calabasas coach John Reich blamed his team's loss to fatigue and inexperience.

``We were exhausted, we've played three games in three days,'' Reich said. ``We're young and can't protect a lead and couldn't pick it up when we needed to.'' And us being tired made it worse.''

The Coyotes made one final push when Seamus Fitzpatrick scored Calabasas' third goal with two minutes left. But the Coyotes could not get off another shot.

Despite the loss, the Coyotes' tenacity was encouraging to Reich.
