BOYS' GOLF: LEAGUE OPENER BOASTS TOP TEAMS.Byline: Dave Shelburne Staff Writer What is expected to be the most competitive Foothill League race in years opens Tuesday at De Bell Golf Course in Burbank, where Valencia, Saugus, Burroughs of Burbank and defending-champion Hart launch bids for postseason competition that will be open only to the top three league finishers.
