BOYS' BASKETBALL NOTEBOOK: HIGHLAND TAKES AIM AT GOLDEN TITLE.Byline: Sean Ceglinsky Staff Writer Highland High's boys' basketball team set several goals at the beginning of the season. The Bulldogs on Friday can accomplish one of them: winning a Golden League title. All that is standing in the way of second-place Highland (15-10 overall, 7-3 Golden) is tonight's game against fifth-place Palmdale (8-15, 5-5) and Friday's showdown against first-place Lancaster (16-10, 8-2).
