CEGLINSKY Special to the Daily News Taft High of Woodland Hills has emerged as the premier boys' basketball in the area over the past couple of years, but entered the season knowing it had some work to do in order to attain such status in the City Section basketball landscape where perennial powers Fairfax and Westchester still reside. The Toreadors took a step in the right direction this past week with a solid showing at the Westchester Tournament, but ended up losing to the host Comets Non-periodic comets are seen only once.
