BOYS' BASKETBALL: HART TOURNAMENT: MR. IN, MR. OUT BUNDY, SCYPHERS LIFT CAMARILLO TO EASY VICTORY OVER LITTLEROCK.

Gary Bundy scored 21 points and Brett Scyphers had 16 as Camarillo High defeated Littlerock 69-45 in a first-round game of the Hart tournament Wednesday night.

Bundy established control inside and made of 9 of his 14 shot attempts; Scyphers hit four 3-pointers for the Scorpions (9-3).

Camarillo has managed to win even though one of its top players, David Reichel, has missed the past three games with a knee injury.

``David averaged 17 points per game for us,'' Camarillo coach Michael Prewitt said. ``We have no idea on his return, so we're going to have a different look.''

Littlerock (6-5) trailed by 18 points at halftime and was led by Thaddeus Robinson with 14 points. Before leaving the game with an injury to his right ankle, Mike Creel scored nine points.

--Highland 73, Royal 69: Mike Stevenson scored 24 points and Tre Peters finished with 22 points for the Bulldogs of Palmdale in the first-round victory.
