During the event the council wants to display memorabilia that shed light on the rich heritage of Boy Scouting in Ventura County. ``We're always looking for ways to enhance that history because it's a very rich history and it involves many prominent people over the years,'' said Bill Belcher, assistant council executive. ``I think there's a lot of memorabilia out there,'' Belcher said. ``Think of our young people today.
