When his father suddenly passed out behind the wheel Wednesday, coolheaded 8-year-old Kevin Luna reached out and shifted their moving car into park. The car sputtered, slowed and stopped, but Kevin and his father, Rodolfo, still faced danger from oncoming on·com·ing adj. Coming nearer; approaching: an oncoming storm. n.
