Doctors fear the teen may have punctured his lung at the game on Arranmore Island, Co Donegal. It is believed he suffered a punctured lung and other injuries. A spokesman at Malin Head, co-ordinators of the airlift, said they tasked the Sligo-based helicopter to carry out the operation. It is understood the victim is a member of one of the 16 football teams from Ireland and Scotland on Arranmore for the Bank Holiday. |
