A youth accused of shooting his mother to death Oct. 11 at the family dinner table was charged with murder Monday, authorities said. Authorities said the youth, who turned 16 today, shot his mother three times in the back of the head as the two sat down to a fast-food dinner and then fled north the next day in his mother's car.
