BOXLIGHT celebrates 10-year anniversary with all-time record sales; honoring employee with five years employment.


POULSBO, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 1995--BOXLIGHT Corp. announced today their 10th year anniversary ceremony to take place at noon on Thursday, Aug. 31, at their Poulsbo waterfront docks.

The ceremony is in celebration of all-time record sales this month and honoring Sales Associate Carol Robinson on her fifth year anniversary with BOXLIGHT.

The past year has been very successful for BOXLIGHT, not only in growth and profits, but for recognition as well. BOXLIGHT was recently named in the 1994 special edition of Inc. magazines list of the nation's 500 fastest growing private companies. Construction of new office headquarters on an 11-acre site in Poulsbo is scheduled to begin October 1, 1995, with an anticipated move-in date of August 1996. BOXLIGHT's present and projected growth has made this project necessary, with the new offices accommodating up to 150 employees.

BOXLIGHT's First Salesperson

Hired in April of 1990, Carol Robinson was the first salesperson to come on board with BOXLIGHT. Prior to her employment with Boxlight, she worked for various computer software companies in California including Symantec, Egghead, Autodesk and Lockheed. Carol has been a resident of Coyle, on the Kitsap Peninsula The Kitsap Peninsula is an arm of land that is part of the larger Olympic Peninsula in Washington state (U.S.) that lies west of Seattle across Puget Sound. Hood Canal separates Kitsap Peninsula from the rest of the Olympic Peninsula.  since 1989.
