A GRANNIE'S unprovoked attack on a neighbour in a row over a wheelie bin has become a YouTube hit.

The three-minute sequence shows pint-sized Valerie Dunningham lashing out at garage boss Luke Warr with a newspaper and kicking him.

Every fortnight, Warr takes the bin across a shared driveway between the garage and Dunningham's block of flats. He said yesterday: "We have a legally drawn up right of way to cross the driveway but Mrs Dunningham seems intent on stopping us - she is the neighbour from hell.

"Whenever she sees me she lets fly with an awful barrage of foul language.

"She tries to block the garage entrance and has threatened to burn the place down."

Dunningham, of Sudbury, Suffolk, said: "That driveway was included with the flats and Mr Warr has another driveway of his own.

"I don't mind being on YouTube - I don't care any more. I am told on some versions they have used the Benny Hill theme music."

A spokesman for Suffolk Police said: "Officers were called to reports of an assault and they spoke to both parties.

"No formal complaint was made and suitable advice was given."
