``I know Trinidad is a great fighter, but come May 14, I'm going to shock the world,'' Wright said. ``He's got a great left hook and a great right hand, but I can hit hard. People don't just run in on me.

``If you think he is going to run in there like a bat out of hell, you got another thing coming.''

--Mayweather avoids jail time: Two-time world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. was fined in Grand Rapids, Mich., and ordered to perform community service but given no jail time in connection with a barroom fight.

Mayweather entered a no-contest plea Feb. 7 to a charge of misdemeanor assault and battery. Such a plea is not an admission of guilt admission of guilt n. a statement by someone accused of a crime that he/she committed the offense. If the admission is made outside court to a police officer it may be introduced as evidence if the defendant was given the proper warnings as to his/her rights  but is treated as such for sentencing purposes.
