James Toney James "Lights-Out" Toney (born August 24, 1968) is a professional boxer from Detroit, Michigan and is a Huron High School alumnus where he was a football quarterback. Ron di Nicola, Klitschko's lawyer, said he is considering two options: ask the WBC to order an immediate rematch because of the controversial ending or ask California officials to determine whether the decision to stop the fight was appropriate.

Klitschko insisted again Tuesday that he could see well at the time the fight at Staples Center was stopped after six rounds.
