BOXING: Maynard defeated.


Birmingham lightweight Anthony Maynard slipped to a 59-57 six-round points defeat against old foe Gary Hibbert of Oldham at Manchester's MEN Arena last night.

The pair had drawn over six rounds at Liverpool as recently as February in a humdinger hum·ding·er
