After winning the Miss Louisiana USA crown, Brown, from Minden, Louisiana went on to become Louisiana's second representative to achieve the title of Miss USA. She also won the Miss Photogenic award. is on a mission, a gospel mission. Brown has decided to spread the word of the God in two of the most casual places she could think of - in a bowling alley and in a restaurant. Brown's idea is to have a gospel night in Brunswick Valley Brunswick Valley, New South Wales, Australia is located just north of Byron Bay. It is a valley consisting of the towns Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby, Billinudgel and Brunswick Heads. Bowl on Saturday night and then a gospel Sunday brunch at Dakotas restaurant Sept. 6. ``I'm taking what I've learned in the church and from the Bible to the streets,'' said Brown. ``This is an opportunity for the Christian community to come out and have a good time, but in the meantime Adv. 1. in the meantime - during the intervening time; "meanwhile I will not think about the problem"; "meantime he was attentive to his other interests"; "in the meantime the police were notified" meantime, meanwhile we're taking the opportunity to share what we feel works with people. Joy, Rozlyn Sorrel among others. ``I'm hoping for a good turnout from the community,'' said Brown. ``I believe this can be part of a community-building process. The Gospel is a good thing. It's a positive. It may not be what you particularly believe in, but it's a good thing. This is not just about religion. It's about sharing.'' The bowling night will start at 8:30 p.m. at Brunswick Valley Bowl, 5255 Cochran St. Cost is $15 adults, $12 seniors and $10 for children younger than 12.
