The Marroquins will be operating concessions at the bowl game, Beard-Williams said. ``Hernando has set it up so that a lot of the food, such as the hamburger meat and that type of thing, is donated,'' she said. ``So it will really increase the profits that the schools are going to make.'' Major supporters of the bowl include AVC, A.V. Rubbish, Antelope Valley Chevron stations, Coca-Cola, Jones Intercable, and all 14 area McDonalds, Hernando Marroquin said.
