BOUCHARD TRANSPORTATION COMMENTS ON OIL SPILL CLEANUP

 ST. PETERSBURG, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The President of Bouchard Transportation Company, Morton S. Bouchard III, today said that he was pleased that the first group of birds affected by the oil spill incident have been returned to their natural habitat.
 "We are extremely happy that the rehabilitation effort has gone so well," Mr. Bouchard said. "I understand that there is a higher than normal percentage of birds saved, and this is because of the dedication and the expertise of the wildlife rescue organizations involved in this operation."
 Mr.. Bouchard made a substantial contribution to the Pinellas Seabird Rehabilitation Center, which is conducting its operation at Fort De Soto State Park.
 "Lee Fox is doing an outstanding job," Mr. Bouchard said. "Along with her team of volunteers, she is doing remarkable work in protecting wildlife."
