BOSNIA SETS MAKEUP OF NEW GOVERNMENT.

After haggling since September elections, Bosnia's three-member presidency agreed Saturday on the makeup of a new government, with a Bosnian Serb and a Muslim to rotate weekly in the post of de facto [Latin, In fact.] In fact, in deed, actually.

Steiner and his boss, the civilian peace coordinator Carl Bildt Nils Daniel Carl Bildt , KCMG (born July 15, 1949) is a Swedish politician and diplomat, currently serving as Minister for Foreign Affairs in the cabinet of Fredrik Reinfeldt. , have been pressing Bosnia's co-presidents - one from each ethnic group - to reach an agreement in time for several international conferences in early December.
