: BOSC), announced today the completion of its private placement offering under which the Company received approximately $1.7 million, and an additional $500,000 will be received within 30 days, for a total investment of nearly $2.2 million. The investors who participated in the investment round included the Catalyst Fund L.P., an Israeli fund which is the Company's largest shareholder; European investors - Brada Investments Limited, Vamos Inc., Arizona Maritime Inc., and Egean Financiera Corporation; and an Israeli institutional investor Institutional Investor
