 Board will officially be told on Thursday that Barry Ferguson Barry Ferguson MBE (born Hamilton, Scotland, February 2, 1978) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays in midfield. He currently plays for and captains both Scottish Premier League club Rangers and the Scotland national team.  and Allan McGregor are the only two culprits in the Scotland Boozegate affair.

The association have concluded a private inquiry into the events at the Cameron House Hotel following Scotland'sWorld Cup defeat by Holland.

And it has emerged the Rangers duo were found to be unfit to take part in a regeneration session of swimming and stretching planned for the Sunday afternoon.

Scott Brown will be mentioned in a written report to be discussed at Hampden. But only to clear the Celtic star of any accusation he was with Ferguson and McGregor when they were finally ordered to their beds.

Record Sport understands the hotel manager, the night manager and bar staff were interviewed and it has been established beyond all doubt that Brown left his teammates'company to get some rest.

SFA chief executive Gordon Smith will also use the meeting to reveal the measures he is putting in place to ensure there is no repeat of the embarrassing lapse of discipline.
