ST David's Hall St David's Hall (Welsh: Neuadd Dewi Sant) is a performing arts and venue in the heart of Cardiff city centre, the capital of Wales. St David's Hall is the National Concert Hall and Conference Centre of Wales.  is now selling tickets for its Christmas show, the dance-theatre production of A Christmas Carol.

The classic tale by Dickens will be told through dance in a spectacular new production, coming to Cardiff for the first time direct from the Royal Festival Hall The Royal Festival Hall is a concert, dance and talks venue within Southbank Centre in London, England. It is situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, not far from Hungerford Bridge. .

The show runs from Thursday, December 20 to Saturday, January 5.

Charles Dickens' classic tale was transformed into a magical new dance production for all the family last year, for the world premiere at the Royal Festival Hall. Spooky but also full of humour and romance, this is the fable of Ebenezer Scrooge and his long-suffering employee Bob Cratchit.

 choreography and atmospheric sets combine with acrobatics, stilt-walking and flying to bring to life this epic struggle between generosity and greed.

Guiding the audience through the story will be the character of Charles Dickens himself. The performance also features a specially arranged musical score, featuring popular classic pieces by Schubert, Mendelssohn, the Strauss family and traditional Christmas carols.

Performances will take place at St David's Hall on Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 December at 2.30 pm and 7.30 pm;

Wednesday 26 to Sunday 30 December at 2.30 pm and 7.30 pm; Tuesday 1 January (New Year's Day New Year's Day, among ancient peoples the first day of the year frequently corresponded to the vernal or autumnal equinox, or to the summer or winter solstice. In the Middle Ages it was celebrated among Christians usually on Mar. 25. ) at 5pm; Wednesday 2 to Saturday 5 January at 2.30 pm and 7.30 pm. Stunning Linda Lusardi (The Wicked Queen) continues her Christmas tradition of teaming up with her real life husband, the hunky Sam Kane (The Prince) - making this their fifth pantomime season together.

Red Dragon FM's Emma Hignett will be taking on the role of Clara Voyant.

Vicki Lee Taylor will play the Fairy alongside her little yellow bear friend Sooty.

Local girl Lauren Adams is the perfectly cast Snow White and Welsh comedy duo Powys & Jones provide the fun and frolics in this enchanting fairytale.

And not forgetting. . . the Magnificent Seven - those cheeky chappies, the Seven Dwarfs!

So the stage is set for a wonderful journey to the fantastical world of pantomime.
