BOOK NOTES.Byline: The Register-Guard Awards & Grants Oregon Literary Fellowships - Three Eugene writers are among winners of 2004 Oregon Literary Fellowships, awarded by Literary Arts in Portland to help authors initiate, develop or complete projects. The Eugene grant recipients are Wayne Harrison (fiction) and Chanrithy Him and Doe Tabor (literary nonfiction). Silverfish silverfish, common name for primitive, wingless insects of the family Lepismatidae. The silverfish, which has two long antennae and three long tail bristles, is named for its covering of tiny, silvery scales. Review Press of Eugene won a publishers fellowship. Altogether, 14 writers and three publishers received grants, ranging from $760 to $1,666.
