Bookstore's book club open to new members

A meeting of the Books Without Borders A number of NGOs have adopted the "Without Borders" tag, inspired by Doctors without Borders.
  • Reporters Without Borders
  • Braille Without Borders - established 2002.
  • Action Without Borders
 Book Club will be held from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the store, 199 W. Eighth Ave.

The book club is free, open to the public and currently accepting new members.

This month's selection is "Mr. Thundermug" by Cornelius Medvei.

It is a new comic novel A comic novel is a work of fiction in which the writer seeks to amuse the reader: sometimes with subtlety and as part of a carefully woven narrative, sometimes above all other considerations.

One of the most notable British comic novelists is P.G.
 about a baboon baboon, any of the large, powerful, ground-living monkeys of the genus Papio, also called dog-faced monkeys. Five subspecies live in Africa, with one species extending into the Arabian peninsula.  who possesses the ability of human speech and the trouble this ability causes him.
