BOMA elects new international chairman.


Steven W. Mr. Ford, a BOMA member since 1987, served as chairman-elect before moving up to his current post. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and the National Advisory Council, as well as a Board of Directors member of the BOMA/New York association, where he previously served as president.

He is also involved in the e-commerce initiatives of Asset Services including web-based applications for procurement, lease administration, work order management, preventative maintenance, space management and project management.

Mr. Ford serves in a supervisory and/or advisory capacity for the services provided to Prudential Services Company, Lucent Technologies and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
