BOMA announces TOBY award winner.

The Nuvell Financial Services Building was the winner of The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) award for 2006, presented last month by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Littler Rock.

Nuvell Financial Services LLC, a subsidiary of GMAC, won in the corporate category. The award was presented to Carey Thompson, facilities manager for Nuvell and vice president of BOMA.

Allyce Twedt of Lewis Realty was awarded the Principal Member of the Year, and Susan Fricke of the Hugh Agency was awarded the Associate Member of the Year.

BOMA, the Institute of Real Estate Management, Arkansas Chapter #64 and the Arkansas Apartment Association will hold a legislative reception on March 24 at the Victory Building. The annual event allows commercial real estate professionals to meet with decision-makers and discuss issues directly impacting the commercial real estate market.
