BOMA's 2000 building awards.

The winners are recognized for excellence in office building management as judged by a distinguished panel of industry executives. The criteria for these prestigious awards include efficient use of space, professional onsite management and community impact and aesthetic design The winners of this year's competition include:

* Under 100,000 square feet -- Advance at Bedminster. Managed by: The Advance Group .

* 100,000 -- 249,999 square feet -- Ricoh Corporation Headquarters. Managed. by:. Ricoh Corporation

* 250,000 -- 499,000.. square feet -- 100 Plaza One Deutsche Bank Deutsche Bank AG (IPA: /'dɔɪ.tʃə/[1]) (ISIN: DE0005140008, NYSE: DB) (English: German Bank , Harborside. Managed by: Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.

Corporate Facility -- Perryville III. Managed by: Foster Wheeler Corporation Foster-Wheeler (FWLT) is a global conglomerate with a focus on Engineering, Construction and Procurement (EPC) and power, which form two different groups of the company. The company was formed in 1927 by the merger of a power company (created by the Foster family) with Wheeler .

"We are once again very pleased to have presented this year's TOBY Award winners," stated Kurt Padavano, BOMA -- New Jersey President and a Senior Vice President at The Advance Group. "The TOBY Awards are recognized as being the pinnacle of excellence in our industry and these award winners have been judged by their peers to be the best in their field," Padavano concluded.

The awards were presented at the Pegasus West Restaurant on June 7 at the Meadowlands.

Founded in 1984, The Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey consists of over 300 members representing the leading building owners, managers, developers, asset managers, leasing professionals, corporate facility managers and providers of products and services for commercial properties. Internationally, the organization has over 95 associations representing 6 billion square feet of commercial space.
