Boller, a senior, had a hand in four touchdowns in Cal's 46-22 upset of 15th-ranked Michigan State. He threw touchdown passes of 23 and 54 yards, scored on a 2-yard TD run and caught a 14-yard TD pass.

Polamalu, also a senior, led the Trojans with a team-high 11 tackles in USC's 40-3 dismantling of No. 18 Colorado. USC's defense limited Colorado to four first downs and 61 yards in offense.

Cal punt returner Jemeel Powell, a senior from Los Angeles, was honored as well. He had a 90-yard return for a touchdown against Michigan State.
