BOCA Renews Contract With VCampus for an Additional Three Years.

VCampus(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:VCMP), the leading e-Learning solution provider, announced today that current customer, Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc. (BOCA(R)), renewed its contract for an additional three years.

BOCA, which has 5,700 users enrolled in its BOCA Campus On-Line, will continue to use the VCampus to host, implement, and create customized proprietary courseware in various subject areas of code enforcement. BOCA is the original professional association representing the full spectrum of code enforcement disciplines and construction industry interests.

BOCA Campus On-Line, which received the prestigious four-star honors rating for innovation in education from the Anbar Civil Engineering Site, is a statutory member of the International Code Council(R) and coauthor of the International Codes(TM), such as the International Building Code(R), International Fire Code(TM), International Residential Code(R) and many others.

With the addition of the International Codes(TM), BOCA will be expanding its customized proprietary courseware over the next several years. Currently, BOCA Campus On-Line has users enrolled from all 50 states and 20 international countries around the globe.
