In addition, NSC personnel, using BOC's proprietary Tel-tank(TM) telemetry system, remotely monitor the fill levels of the liquid gas storage tanks on customer sites and manage distribution at more than 60 BOC industrial gases production sites. "These proprietary forecasting and scheduling tools enable BOC to continue improving upon its already exceptional service interruption rate of 0.65 per thousand deliveries," Peterson said. The NSC operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is the single point of contact for all of BOC's North American North American named after North America.
