TTG Systems Incorporated, has announced that the BOC Group plc (NYSE:BOX), one of the world's leading gases company, has selected TTG Systems to deliver consistent, clear operating standards for every BOC employee worldwide.

The single source of BOC's operational knowledge will be deployed to 43,000 employees at 100 different sites.

TTG's learning management system, TRACCESS(TM), will not only act as a knowledge portal but also a tracking and reporting system for employee competency. The objective of the system is to integrate BOC's internal and external knowledge systems to a single point of access for all employees worldwide. The global learning initiative (Integrated Management Systems and Standards -- IMSS) began nearly three and half years ago when BOC's safety statistics analysis found that the root causes for most accidents were related to the lack of critical knowledge. BOC believed that if they could centralize their learning and knowledge, business could become more effective and safe. The first sites to pilot and roll out the system included Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Seattle, US. The successful pilots have garnered a global implementation to BOC's 43,000 employees. Today, 60% of the sites have now gone live. These BOC initiatives position the company as a leader in safety and safe work practices.
