King & Prince Seafood Company (K&P) has replaced two freezers with a single, BOC (Bell Operating Company) One of 22 companies that was formerly part of AT&T and later organized into seven regional companies. BOC's impingement freezer has allowed us to double our production output and has provided an added bonus of reducing our per unit nitrogen consumption."
