BOARD APPOINTMENTS - National Power today announced top level changes to the Company's Board.


LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1994--National Power today announced top level changes to the Company's Board.

John Baker, 56, National Power's Chief Executive, is to become Chairman of the Company in succession to Sir Trevor Holdsworth on his retirement from the Company in April 1995.

John Baker will be succeeded as Chief Executive by Keith Henry, 49, who is currently Chief Executive of Brown & Root Limited, a world leading engineering, project management and construction company.
