Mayo Boddie, citing his age and a desire to scale back on his work-related commitments, has resigned his position as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Boddie has served as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors since our inception in 1987. He will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
