) announced today that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE)

Canada's largest stock exchange, trading approximately 1,200 company stocks and 33 options.
 for its proposed normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 294,000 Common shares, representing approximately 10% of the public float of its currently outstanding Common shares. As of this date, there are 5,443,818 Common shares outstanding.

Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made through the facilities of the Exchange. The period of the normal course issuer bid will be from August 23, 2005 to August 22, 2006, or such earlier date as BNN Investments may complete its purchases. The prices which the company will pay for any Common shares purchased through the facilities of the TSX will be the market price of the Common shares at the time of acquisition. Any Common shares acquired by the company will be cancelled.

Under its current normal course issuer bid that commenced on August 12, 2004 and expired on August 11, 2005, BNN Investments purchased 10,500 Common shares through open market purchased on the TSX at an average price per share of C$74.84.
