 that it has changed the company name to Allwest Systems International Inc. The company's new stock symbol which also reflects that change is AWTE. Management of Allwest has formally assumed control of the company.

Allwest was recently acquired by BNB, and provides integrated life safety systems, including fire, security and sound systems, to commercial and public facilities such as hospitals, schools, prisons and military bases. Management's current plans include building upon its existing reputation to take advantage of a major growth trend in the correctional facilities market.

Management anticipates gross revenues of $14,743,271 with earnings of $782,461 for FY ending 3-31-99, and gross revenues of $19,611,261 with earnings of $1,159,830 for FY ending 3-31-00.
