The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees.  Library has been expanded to include international coverage for HR managers and managers of overseas operations who have American employees overseas, because any American-based organization with a presence overseas must comply with U.S. rules and regulations. The Library also consists of two newsletters, Weekly Bulletin to Management and Fair Employment Practices Summary of Latest Developments.
