BMC Software Inc., (Nasdaq:BMCS) today announced its participation in the newly expanded Microsoft Partner Solution Center (MPSC), a facility designed to bring together world-class technology companies dedicated to the rapid development of secure, high availability end-to-end network solutions needed by network service providers in order to maintain a competitive advantage in today's marketplace.

Partners and customers visiting the MPSC will be able to test their products with the PATROL(R) by BMC Software and BEST/1(R) application and performance management solutions. These products minimize downtime and optimize resources by providing extremely flexible and scalable end-to-end application management.

The Microsoft(R) Partner Solutions Center (MPSC) is dedicated to providing the network service provider community access to a unique multi-vendor environment where they can rapidly build and test secure, end-to-end network solutions to meet their customers needs. The MPSC focuses on leveraging the combined expertise of Microsoft resources and best-of-breed Independent Software Providers (ISVs), Independent Hardware Providers (IHVs), Systems Integrators (SIs) -- to create solutions that network service providers can quickly roll out to consumers.
