PATROL DB-Import for Oracle integrates with Web DBA(TM), BMC Software's Web-based interactive database solution that enables developers and database administrators to manage and control their databases via a standard Internet browser. This integration provides an easy-to-use, Web interface for the user. PATROL DB-Import's plug-in replacement compatibility with Oracle's import utility enables DBAs to enhance their productivity easily and quickly without changing existing scripts. It increases database availability in data warehousing, ERP and e-business environments where the Oracle import utility is commonly used for various maintenance operations.
