BMC Software Inc. Reports and documents generated by applications on diverse platforms and systems are delivered to various destinations such as printers, e-mail addresses and fax devices.

Additionally, users can access specific information online based on their needs and business requirements. CONTROL-D for Distributed Systems is part of BMC Software's INCONTROL(TM) for Output Management suites, comprehensive solutions for automated business information management. The suites provide delivery and archiving, customer relationship management capabilities and Web-enabled access.

moment it is created, until it expires. Content transformation enables
publishing in formats suitable for the Web (e.g. DHTML). Additionally, legacy
formats, such as AFP and Metacode, can be seamlessly transformed, archived and
published. For example, the large volumes of output generated by the major ERP
and S/390 applications become instantly manageable and available through the
Web.

-- Personalized Information Delivery enables organizations to offer their
customers the added option of receiving and being notified about information
availability through Personal Digital Assistants (PDA) (e.g. handheld computing
devices) and mobile phones via Wireless Application Protocols (WAP) technology.
Customers will have the freedom to determine what information they need to
receive, by what means and when. CRM capabilities also make it easier for
companies to analyze customer activities and offer them additional services.
