The Antelope Valley Hospital and Blue Cross of California have reached agreement on a new two-year contract, the top hospital administrator said. Negotiations had stalled stall 1 n. 1. The benefits package available for Blue Cross subscribers remains the same under the new contract, Abraham said. About 10 percent of Antelope Valley Hospital's patients last year were Blue Cross subscribers.
