The Antelope Valley Hospital and Blue Cross of California have reached agreement on a new two-year contract, the top hospital administrator said. Negotiations had stalled stall 1 n. 1. About 10 percent of Antelope Valley Hospital's patients last year were Blue Cross subscribers.
