BLING IT ON.

STACK on the bangles, adorn your neck with bling and brighten up those fingers with cocktail rings because this season, jewellery is your fashion armoury. It's fast taking over from shoes, hats and bags as the accessory of choice. If it's big and bling, it's on trend. "From the beginning, we never did subtle," says jewellery designer Simon Wilson, who started Butler & Wilson in 1969, selling antique jewellery from a market stall on London's Kings Road. The jewellery brand is marking its 40th anniversary with a series of sparkling images in a book, Butler & Wilson 40.
