BLIND DAVE'S AIMING FOR SEVENTH HEAVEN.


MIDLAND runner Blind Dave is set to complete his Magnificent Seven Marathons challenge today.

Dave Heeley, from West Bromwich West Bromwich (brŭm`ĭj, –ĭch, brŏm`wĭch), city (1991 pop. 146,386), Sandwell metropolitan district, W central England. , set himself the task of running seven marathons in seven days to raise for the Guide Dogs For The Blind This article is about the guide dog school in the United States. . It has previously been accomplished by adventurers Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Dr Mike Stroud.

He aims to complete his bid at the London Marathon today.

The weather is likely to be cool and dry which will come as a relief to the 50 year-old, who has already concluded legs in Rio de Janeiro, Los Angeles, Sydney, Dubai, Tunis and the Falkland Islands.
