:BKF) today announced that it has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share payable on July 29, 2005 to shareholders of record as of July 15, 2005. In conjunction with the declaration of the dividend, the Company also decided to accelerate its previously announced termination of its stockholder rights plan.
