Excluding the impact of gasoline sales, comparable club sales for the four-week period ended November 25, 2006 increased by 1.9%. For November 2005, the Company reported a comparable club sales increase of 1.8%, including a positive impact from sales of gasoline of 1.2%.

The Company provided the following additional information regarding November 2006 sales for BJ's Wholesale Club: Comparable club sales increased in weeks one and four and decreased in weeks two and three.
