: BJ) today announced the election of Paul Danos and Helen Frame Peters to its Board of Directors effective May 24, 2004.

Paul Danos is Dean of the Tuck School of Business The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration is the business school of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. Founded in 1900, Tuck is the oldest graduate school of business in the world. , Dartmouth College, where he is also the Laurence. F. Whittemore Professor of Business Administration. Prior to joining the Tuck School in 1995, Dr. Danos was Senior Associate Dean, School of Business Administration, at the University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA. Over 50000 students are enrolled at the University of Michigan's three campuses. The students come from 50 states and over 100 foreign countries. .

Helen Frame Peters is Professor of Finance and former Dean of the Carroll School of Management The Carroll School of Management is a graduate and undergraduate business school and one of the professional schools of Boston College.  at Boston College, where she is also a founder of the Center for Investment Research and Management. Dr. Peters is a member of the board of directors of Tradeware Corporation, Streettrack Funds for State Street Bank and the New England Advisory Board for Sovereign Bank. Prior to Boston College, Dr. Peters served as an investment banker, government regulator, financial strategist, and money manager. She holds a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in statistics and a Ph.D in finance from its Wharton School. She was the first woman to receive a Ph.D in finance from the Wharton School.
