The agreement calls for the former Toyota of Simi Valley to pay $3.75 million to Toyota Motor Credit Corp. for the cost of cars and $155,000 to Toyota Motor Sales Inc. to cover the cost of parts, said company spokeswoman Nancy Hubbel. The agreement is expected to be approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted.
